My motto is "how we spend our time, is how we spend our life." Good on your for setting the boundaries that keep you mentally and physically safe. It gives others the courage to do the same.
What a necessary word and motto to live by. Especially because we don't know how little or long our time is here and to have spent it all in turmoil for a check is just not how I want to leave this place at all.
